Three durations, one rhythm
The daily rhythm is the same whichever duration you choose — meditation before sunrise, asana morning and afternoon, philosophy or yoga nidra between, and a shared table for brunch and dinner. What changes with the length of stay is how far the rhythm is allowed to work: three days is a taste of it, a week lets the body settle into it, and two weeks lets it become, briefly, how you live.
3 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat
3 Nights / 3 Days
The shortest way in. Three days of asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy, paired with a daily Ayurvedic treatment, meant for those who cannot give the time for the full retreat but still want the rhythm and not just a class. Mornings are meditation and asana in the jungle quiet; the afternoon session is philosophy, yoga nidra, or open reflection; evenings close with a shared dinner, and — on the day it falls — a havan around the fire.

Yoga & Ayurveda Rejuvenation — One Week
7 Nights / 8 Days
A full week gives the body time to actually rest into the practice rather than sample it. Alongside the daily asana and meditation, each guest receives a personal Ayurveda consultation and a course of treatments matched to it — the two disciplines, yoga and Ayurveda, are held here as one continuous practice rather than two separate offerings. Kirtan, pranayama, kriyas, a cooking class and an evening havan or trataka round out the week; Friday is kept as a rest day.
