Booking & cancellation policy
Booking
Your booking is confirmed at SWAN Ayurveda, Goa, by paying a deposit — normally 30% of the total fees, which may vary depending on the program, for each individual booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The balance payment is due:
- One week prior to arrival for our Yoga Holiday program.
- No later than 60 days before the start date for fixed-date Ayurveda & Yoga programs and retreats.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases.
For the balance (full) payment, if you cancel:

Refunds
For card payments, any applicable refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability and written confirmation from us.
